The story so far...

C:1 has been supplying Melbourne with Jungle, Ghetto House and Ghetto Tech since her migration to Melbourne from Brisbane way back in 2007.

In addition to her engagement as Ops for Detrimental Audio and Beat Junkie for Super Enjoy, C:1 has also supported some of the worlds most influential artists such as Egyptian Lover, Dj Godfather, LTJ Bukem, Klute, Doc Scott, General Levy, Kenny Ken, Mickey Finn, Amit, Dj Hype, Skynet, Mechwarrior,  Ruffhouse, Arkaik, Dbridge, DJ Storm, Digital, Deadbeat + Tikiman and her personal heroes; UR.

...............................................................................

From September 1996 her days were spent digging in crates and raving it up in the underground scene of Brisbane. The biggest impressions and exposure to some of the best techno in the world came to her through invaluable mentoring from Kazu Kimura and Patrick HAF AKA The Sentinel.

After a few years of toughing it out with the lads of techno she unleashed the snares & waves of Jungle under the names of DJCAM and CAM:01 with Kim De La Haye, Alison Gidgette and Kristen Specimen AKA Cypher. The dynamic foursome tagged themselves as the Junglettes and carved out a rep locally and nationwide; throwing local nights and touring world class performers in Australia.

In 2007 the universe aligned and Cam moved south to Melbourne as had always aspired. Armed with her Jungle, Ghettotech and 313 Techno she modified her appellation to C:1 (out of respect for Melbourne’s Dj Camo) and hit the Melbourne streets with guns blazing. Ever since, C:1 has been making waves in Burn City alongside Melbourne’s musical legion, including;
